Returns and exchanges

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please email info@lucid-jungle.com or use the contact form within 14 days of receipt, to arrange an exchange or refund.

Please note that all items must be returned in perfect un-used condition.

A refund for the item will be processed once it has been returned to Lucid Jungle.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping rates.

No refund allowed for any product after 15 days. No refunds for custom made items.

We accept payment by Paypal. 

 

Shipping

As all our items are handcrafted, please note: that orders can be shipped within 2-5 fastest. DEPENDING on the volume of orders, as each Item is handmade, it could also may take up to 14 days to remake an item.

If you have a special date to receive an Item, please contact Lucid Jungle and we will try our best to fulfill your request on time.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days to deliver in Thailand and South East Asia.

For international delivery up to 18 working days, once your order has been dispatched. 

International delivery take about 10-18 days and includes a tracking number.

All items will be shipped with an tracking number.

In rare cases it can happen, that deliveries can be delayed through reasons beyond our control.

Standard shipping fee is added at checkout (calculated by item weight).

 

 

Express Orders

Express order & shipping is available on request. Item can be delivered within 3-5 business days internationally.

The customer will be responsible to provide the correct delivery address.
